BOOKING AND CANCELATION
Clients can reschedule or cancel their appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no charge.
Late Cancelation: our booking system will apply a 30% fee of your service price to your account.
No Show: our booking system will apply a 50% fee of your service price to your account.

WARRANTY POLICY
Our work and materials: EURONAILS has high standards for Quality of Service and tools and materials that we use. Our service warranty only applies to services and materials provided by EURONAILS and does not apply to services, tools and materials provided by other service providers.
External tools and materials: EURONAILS service warranty does not cover issues resulting from use of any personal tools, personal products, materials and associated mechanical issues.
Warranty Period: Service warranty covers any work and material problems within the first 14 days after the service was provided.
Warranty does not cover: any mechanical damage within this period, or any other repairs outside of the 14-day warranty period, as such service fee applies.

EURONAILS HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
EURONAILS is committed to health and safety of our clients and staff and has implemented the following physical controls, updated policies and work procedures to ensure safe operations as required by the Provincial Health Office, WorkSafe BC and other governmental agencies.
Communicable Diseases Prevention:
Communicable diseases such as COVID-19, norovirus, and influenza are illnesses caused by an infectious agent or its toxins that occur through the direct or indirect transmission of an infectious agent or its products from an infected individual or another vector.
To prevent the spread of communicable diseases, several controls have been put in place at EURONAILS to provide a safe environment for clients and staff:

Appointment Required: Services by appointments only (No Walk-Ins).

Statement of Care: if you are not feeling well, please stay at home, seek immediate medical assistance and notify us. We will assist you in rescheduling your appointment to a time when you are feeling well and are able to attend your appointment safely.

No accompanying visitors will be permitted including family/children/friends.

No Pets are allowed in the salon.

Hand Washing: All staff and clients will be required to wash hands upon entry into salon. Hand sanitizer is available at Reception.

Face Coverings: In line with current Provincial Health Measures face masks are optional. Staff may be wearing face masks as an added layer of protection.

Cleaning Protocols: In addition to standard sanitation plan, enhanced sanitation protocols are in place to wipe all work surfaces, commonly touched areas and seating areas with virucide surface cleaner.

Dishes: Hot and cold beverages are now being offered to clients. All cups are disposable (single use).
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
EURONAILS staff reserves the right to refuse services to individuals who do not follow EURONAILS Health and Safety Policy.
EURONAILS staff reserves the right to reschedule and cancel services based on Health and Safety reasons.
Individuals who are under the influence of alcohol or other behaviour-altering substances may be denied services by EURONAILS staff and asked to leave.
Individuals who are creating a disturbance within our salon can be denied services by EURONAILS staff and will be asked to leave.
